History

Dr. Scott Turansky came to New Jersey to partner with Ed Miller to pastor a church. He began teaching parenting seminars as an outreach to the community as he did in his prior church. Ed's wife, Joanne, a pediatric nurse had significant insight. It wasn't long before Dr. Turansky and Mrs. Miller began collaborating to write and teach parenting seminars locally. After their children grew up they began a more extensive speaking ministry speaking most every week in some part of the country. It wasn't long before they also developed strategies for churches to develop their own parenting ministries with video training, small group materials, and children's curriculum including a VBS and Family VBS program. Most recently their development of Biblical Parenting University opens even more doors to reach parents with their heart-based approach to parenting.

Specialties

We have three divisions. #1 - Equip parents with practical strategies from a biblical perspective using a heart-based approach to parenting. #2 - To support churches as they try to develop their parenting ministries by providing 10 strategies to train and involve parents. #3 - Biblical Parenting University provides quality online parenting courses on demand for busy parents with practical tools. It also provides free training for teachers in the church or Christian school for classroom behavior management.
