So now they're saying that I will it get a refund even tho they did not follow the delivery instructions. Someone on the phone told me they will issue a refund but I guess since reading my review...

The florist did a beautiful job on short notice. She was also very patient with me. Just be aware they are still working on location issues, but still worth it. I will make them my main florist...

Probably the best florist shop ever! Used them for my wedding and the arrangements they made were beautiful! on time and customer service is amazing! would definitely recommend!
