This little strip of land has grown on me since my move to Paulus Hook. I've taken one star off due to the city's (or state?) lack of maintenance, but still find it enjoyable for the Paulus Hook...

Decent park with views of the city. It's pretty much a dog park thanks in part to the city not doing any maintenance on it whatsoever. It's sad that this is the only walkable green park for those...

This would be 5 stars since it has a feeling of a park from yesteryear with some of the most breathtaking views of NYC. But most people use it as a dog park. Many of the patrons are respectful...
