Absolutely incompetent ... we've used them for about three years - past 12 months have been horrendous. Erroneous appointments, canceled appointments, extra charges we had to dispute, bad eye Rx...

I was there on June 24, 2021 to get an eye exam, They said I need glasses but a very mild prescription. I never had glasses before. They sent me to the optician who showed me all kinds of glasses...
