MonmouthCares

MonmouthCares is a private nonprofit organization that offers care services for children with emotional and behavioral disabilities. The organization maintains more than 15 systems that comprised of care management and family support organizations and providers of mental health and supportive services. It maintains child and family management teams and provides wraparound services in over 20 counties in New Jersey. MonmouthCares also offers information and referral services. It is a part of the New Jersey Department of Children and Families, which offers case management services. The department works in association with teachers, social workers, clinicians, medical personnel, pastors and parents. ManmouthCares is located in West Long Branch, N.J.
