History

Originally we started as the Yergan Agency located at 226 E 89th st,in Manhattan where we provided insurance products and also tax preparation services. Agency was started by Eric Yergan after working on Wall St for 15 years, with Paine Webber, and DLJ. Eric has a MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA from Marist College. He and his partner, Marguerite, have all had extensive class room instruction in Taxes, and of course are registered with the IRS and NY State as Tax preparers. (There is no such registration process in NJ). Eric sold his Insurance agency in October, 2011, and now does financial planning, tax preparation and planning all year long. Our goal is to help save clients money!

Specialties

Individual tax returns, and working with individuals in Tax trouble (non filers etc.) We do many returns of people who are sole proprietors or LLC owners of their business or are independent contractors and are paid by
