If there was an option for zero stars, Modivcare would earn it -- and then some. I run a skilled nursing facility, and Modivcare is supposed to handle our medical transportation for dialysis...

Terrible service, my mom regular schedule pick up on very Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday at 6:20 am to dialysis center, today the driver no show again, I called Modivcare, they said no scheduled.

They could improve SERVICE. This particular instance, was NOT picked up for an important doctor appointment. Their claim was my reservation was NEVER received. They SUCK!!
