Constant water shut offs and fire alarms. It's becoming more than a nuisance all of the residents here are becoming extremely frustrated due to the same problems being presented over and over again

The water shut off on August 13th lasted nearly 30 hours. No toilets, no showers, nothing. That's almost a day and a half without basic necessities, like living in an abandoned building....
