One doesn't go to Chinese food for customer service so I'll forego that. Hot & Sour Soup- not hot or sour, I had to add hot sauce packets. Chicken Wings- crispy/ good the reason for the stars....

Order delivery... Was not satisfactory ended up not eating the food that was delivered.

Food was ok. Portion was small for the price which is $2-3 higher per entree on grubhub. Broccoli was crisp, good amount of sauce and tofu was crispy and chewy.
