Do not expect to be seen on time for your appointment. Been here twice and both times waited about an hour past appointment time to be seen. No explanation and no apology.

Grossly inefficient, will go elsewhere next time. Will not multi-task. Have been waiting a month for getting lenses changed, I get it that their lab is slow but there is no follow up or urgency.
