The Masonic Service Association of North America (MSA) is an organization dedicated to serving Freemasonry and providing support to military servicemen since its formation in the aftermath of World War I. Established by Grand Masters in 1918, MSA aims to facilitate services that individual Grand Lodges could not easily perform on their own.
One of MSA's key initiatives includes disaster relief, where it has earned recognition as a credible group trusted by all Grand Lodges to deliver aid during emergencies. Additionally, MSA operates a Hospital Visitation Program, engaging approximately 180 Hospital Representatives and numerous volunteers at VA Medical Centers and state veterans hospitals across the United States.
