Dana Tarina, M.D., is board certified in Internal Medicine and is part of the faculty at Jersey Shore University Medical Center.

Using a client-centered approach, I built my practice around working with adults and families facing mood disorders, substance abuse, and life transitions. My goal is to empower clients on their recovery journey using mindfulness, Motivational Interviewing, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Brief-Solutions Focused Therapy. I also incorporate fitness, nutrition, and mind/body wellness into treatment.
