I stopped in.....wanting some local ambiance, and that is what I got. I always try the Fish and Chips when I see it on the menu......and I was not disappointed. It was really good.....big pieces...

Good food, service from Robin, excellent it's a tavern located on Main Street in Belmar. It seems cheerful enoug. There appears to be an older crowd so the food must be decent cause older folks...

So many delicious food options! Whether from their regular menu or specials, you won't be disappointed. Service was great and quick and ambiance was my favorite, just a nice dive bar.

Mccann's belmar is OPEN. NOT SURE WHY EVERYTHING ONLINE SAYS ITS PERMANENTLY CLOSED. PLACE IS GREAT, EXCEPT ITS WAYYY TOO BRIGHT IN THE ENTIRE BAR. Dim the lights so it feels more like a bar. So...
