Positives:hotel is conveniently located at the north end of the boardwalk, near beach. Has refrigerator,microwave,safe. Negatives:Small room(oceanview king),actually was facing mostly a staircase....

been staying here since my fanily & i left the caprice, making the move was hard as it as been part of the family since the 60's-2012-15ish? but IT'S WORTH IT!!! staff is so much nicer, short walk...
