Refinished an old Gumball machine. Dropped off the parts I needed plated and polished and they were ready in about a week. They look fantastic a year on. The dog was nice too.

Nasty customer service & terrible business. Supposed to take 1-2 weeks. However, they cannot finish it on time and keep telling you to call back and follow up. You have to keep calling them...
