Manhattan Bagel

I regularly go to Manhattan Bagel, and started past few months. Glad I found this small family place. Freshly prepared to order. And if item is warm, then wrapped in aluminum foils to stay warm....

I ordered 6 bagels toasted with cream cheese and instead I got cold bagels not toasted and the cream cheese was cold too. Disappointing!
