The Mindful Wellness Place delivers high-quality, compassionate care via telehealth or from its offices in Mount Laurel Township, New Jersey, and the Williamsburg neighborhood of Brooklyn, New York.The Mindful Wellness Place serves adults experiencing mental health challenges or increased stress. We incorporate mindfulness, medication management, and talk therapy services (psychotherapy), including motivational interviewing, to help people overcome Anxiety, Mood, and Depressive symptoms.Everyone at The Mindful Wellness Place strives to empower patients by involving them in their care and providing relevant, comprehensive education. We welcome everyone, including those identifying as LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC (Black, indigenous, and people of color).Individual services are available in-person or via HIPAA-compliant telehealth.
