Customer service is horrible! The person I spoke to was rude. The photos turned out just OK. My sons eyes were closed in some of them.

They're the worst. Don't even waste your time! They did my undergrad photos for Montclair and they came out awful. In one of my pictures, my eyes were closed. Are you kidding me?! It's all done...
