Pristine and well-organized bright store with a friendly staff, wide selection of size, a large mirror in the fitting room, easy and free to park, etc.

The employees at this loft are the worst. The few times I've been here I've had multiple pieces of clothes in my arms, still shopping, when employees walk past me (doing nothing) and don't bother...

Horrible! I'm never going in here again. Last week was the last straw. The associates are the worst. They never help you find anything, or get you a fitting room, or help you decide on an outfit....
