Probably the worst gym I have ever been to. It's very tight inside and completely outdated. Rust on the floors and on the equipment throughout the gym. All of the equipment looked and felt old....

I got my 65 dollar month memberships which is very pricey to start off with and there isn't even much equipment for that price and if I wanna do a stretch exercise workout there is no room for me...

This is hands-down one of the best gyms in Ocean City we go here every year and it is great. Pat is a great guy,and runs a great business
