You provide the food,L&J Wait Staff & Bartender Service will provide experienced, skilled personnel who will accomplish food-related tasks at your party or event. For the most efficient service possible, we recommend that you hire one (1) food server for every 20-25 invited guests. About our Servers: Servers provide services such as heating and serving hors d'oeuvres, setting up a buffet,keep areas where party's being host tidy, remove used plates, glassware, utensils as well as making sure kitchen is clean, as well as take out garbage before leaving. About Our Bartender: Bartenders provide general beverage service at a bar or bar area by opening and pouring beer, wine, champagne, mixed drinks, ie., rum & coke, gin & tonic, etc. It is the customers responsiblity to provide beverages mixers, lemons, limes & bar utensils. Bartender will set up bar if requested to do so. If staff is needed longer the day of the party/event, the rate is $5.00 more per staff member than the initial
