For the price you pay for here I would say it's reasonable. Only issues I have had is the water not getting hot enough because of a boiler issue (which has been fixed) the hallways and front lobby...

The train horn sounds day and night, and the building shakes. There's also a lot of mold issues as the result of leaks, especially on the second floor. When it rains a lot get out the buckets.
