Franklin is a graduate of New York University and Rutgers School of Law, Newark. In addition to his law practice, he lectures at Fairleigh Dickinson University in economics and business law. He also has a Master's Degree from Fordham University and is fluent in Spanish. Mr. Montero is a member of the New Jersey and New York Bars and is admitted to federal courts in the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. He is also admitted to the District Court of New Jersey.
