Joseph earned his Juris Doctor from Widener University School of Law. He also holds a Ph.D. in Educational Administration from Texas A&M University, and both a Master's Degree and Bachelor's degree in Communication from Rowan University. His professional and legal experience encompasses a wide array of settings including extensive experience in educational law, family law and personal injury litigation.
