TOP TIER. This is a gem. I got the "Bistec a lo Pobre"- every single part of it was amazing. Sometimes food makes you realize that life is beautiful. This is one of those places.

I order a small personal chaufa order. On the phone and the girl tells me it's 10$ but when I show up they give me a huge order and charge me 20 for food I wasn't gonna eat and it grosses me out...
