The wait is ridiculous even with an appointment here. People are standing waiting. The receptionist hates her job. She's so nasty too

Never an issue here! I have had to make three visits this past year here, check in is a breeze and I'm in and out in 15 minutes. The techs who draw blood also make things as painless as possible....
