Came for bloodwork and urine test with an appointment and waited well over 2 hours. No one has any idea what they are doing and they are so disorganized

Got here at 7:20 AM now it's 8:23. I had to complain about why so many people were called before me and they came after me. Just terrible. Even the people that were called were shocked!!
