Immersed in diverse culinary landscapes, Nolberto mastered techniques ranging from Italian and French to American. His culinary journey led to the role of Chef di Cuisine at Noelia Italian Kitchen, strategically located in the heart of Washington DC, five blocks away from the White House. He also served as the Task Force Executive Chef for Crescent Hotel and Resorts.
