Good apartments priced reasonably, the facilities are impeccably maintained, good for families, safe, nice pool and workout center, too. If you have any maintenance issues, you get service right away.

The buildings are decomposing. Drafts along walls where if you lift up carpeting you can see outside. $500 electric bills in January. Windowsills are rotting out. No screens fit the windows...
