A fantastic spot for matcha-based boba drinks. It's a staple in the community. Service is generally pretty fast, and there's plenty of seating (though may be occupied with students doing work)....

Strawberry matcha was okay, for the onigir but the rice was so dry , it taste like old rice and it broke apart quickly
