Jewish Education-Spec Children

The Rosenbaum Yeshiva of North Jersey, located in River Edge, N.J., was instituted in 1979 and offers Jewish and general education for students in grades one through eight. It is a coeducational school with an enrollment of more than 900 students. It provides various special programs in several areas of learning, such as enrichment groups in mathematics and Talmudic study and resource groups in Judaic and general studies. Its preschool department establishes and reinforces self-image for each child. The teachers guide the children through the formative school years, nurturing skills in the areas of cognitive, language, physical, social and emotional development of each child. The institute also has various clubs that include chess, karate, dance and aviation clubs. The Rosenbaum Yeshiva of North Jersey also provides various support programs through its parent-teacher association.

Located in River Edge, N.J., Roosevelt School provides learning opportunities to students in grades one through six. In addition, the school holds special education classes for students. It offers educational classes in various subjects, including math, science, basic skills, reading, writing, social science, and health and physical education. Roosevelt School has a library that offers a collection of books and other study materials to enrich and support the educational program. It has a parent-teacher organization that provides financial assistance to the school by organizing various fundraising events and activities. Roosevelt School operates under the River Edge School District.
