Let's Be Frank is an employment agency founded by Frank Kineavy, a Sea Girt resident living with Cerebral Palsy. The agency aims to match people with disabilities in meaningful jobs that lead to careers, while also advocating for the inclusion and empowerment of individuals with disabilities in the workforce.

In addition to his work with Let's Be Frank, Frank Kineavy is an assistant offensive coordinator for Robbinsville High School football team, a baseball coach at Bradley Beach Elementary School, and a screenwriter. He has written a sitcom about a young man with Cerebral Palsy trying to make it in New York City, which is being developed into a play by the Spring Lake Community Theatre. Frank Kineavy's inspiring story and accomplishments make him a role model and leader in his community.
