Jennifer C. Igbokwe, MD, specializes in family medicine and outpatient primary care.Dr. Igbokwe has practiced with New Jersey Physicians since 2013. She has a keen interest in public health. Dr. Igbokwe has helped improve health in communities with some of the largest health disparities. She spent four years with the National Health Service Corp and eight years with the William F. Ryan - Northeast Neighborhood Association (NENA) Community Health Center, one of the largest community health center networks in New York City.Dr. Igbokwe's family moved to the United States from Nigeria and settled in Montclair, New Jersey, where her family home remains. She is the first physician in her family.Dr. Igbokwe is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians. She is a former member of the National Leadership Conference Congress of Delegates and Public Health Commission - New York State Chapter. During residency, Dr. Igbokwe earned the Georgetown University Family Medicine Resident Education Award.When she is not working with her patients, Dr. Igbokwe enjoys spending time with her family and friends, films, theater, and traveling.

Jaclyn Brancato, DO practices in the Internal Medicine department at Summit Health. She was born, raised, and educated in New Jersey. She attended Stevens Institute of Technology for her undergraduate studies in Chemical Biology, where she graduated with honors. After residency, she practiced internal medicine with Atlantic Health System. Dr. Brancato is board certified by both the American Board of Internal Medicine (ABIM) and the American Osteopathic Board of Internal Medicine (AOBIM). In 2013, Dr. Brancato received the Vivere Christus award from the Diocese of Paterson, in recognition of her dedication to the community and charitable efforts. For the past decade, Dr. Brancato has been a volunteer at the Department for Persons with Disabilities, a non-profit that serves adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Dr. Brancato lives in New Jersey with her husband and sons. She is fluent in Spanish. During her free time, Dr. Brancato enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and volunteering.
