Lowell E. Gurey, MD, has expertise in diagnosing and treating diseases affecting the voice and swallowing.A sought-after speaker, Dr. Gurey has delivered local, regional, and national invited presentations on a range of topics in his field. His research interests have most recently been devoted to the treatment of laryngeal manifestations of neurologic disease such as spasmodic dysphonia and essential voice tremor. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.Before entering medical school, Dr. Gurey studied at the Hebrew University Rothberg International School in Jerusalem, Israel.When he is not working with his patients, Dr. Gurey enjoys playing music, including the guitar, electric bass, piano, bluegrass banjo, and mandolin. He also has studied voice.

Bryant B. Lee, MD, FACS, specializes in the medical and surgical care of disorders of the ear, nose, and throat in children and adults. His expertise includes complex tumor removal of the the head and neck, endoscopic sinus surgery, coblation tonsillectomy and adenoidectomy, balloon sinuplasty, thyroid and parathyroid surgery, and ear surgery.Before joining Summit Health, Dr. Lee was a practicing otolaryngologist in West Orange, New Jersey. He is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery, American Academy of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery, and American Medical Association. He is Director of the Head and Neck Cancer Center at St. Barnabas Hospital and serves on the Medical Executive Board.Dr. Lee is the coauthor of articles and abstracts that are published in peer-reviewed scientific journals, including Archives of Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, Annals of Otology, Rhinology, and Laryngology, and American Journal of Surgical Pathology. He has delivered local, regional, and national invited presentations in his field.Dr. Lee is featured in New Jersey Monthly "Top Doctors" listings.
