After residency, she completed a fellowship in Dermatology-Rheumatology at Brigham and Women's Medical Center followed by The Rabkin Fellowship in Medical Education at the Shapiro Institute for Education and Research at Harvard Medical School and Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center.Prior to joining Summit Health, Dr. Patel-Cohen was an attending physician at Brigham and Women's Hospital and an assistant professor at Harvard Medical School. While at Harvard Medical School, she helped to develop the new and innovative pathway curriculum for first and second year medical students. She was the founder and director of Brigham and Women's Hidradenitis Suppurativa and Neutrophilic Dermatoses Clinic and their Dermatology-Gastroenterology multidisciplinary clinic. She also served as the assistant program director for the dermatology-rheumatology fellowship, which allowed her to mentor and train numerous dermatology residents and fellows. Additionally, she spent considerable time teaching dermatology residents surgery, cosmetic lasers, and injections.When she is not working, Dr. Patel-Cohen enjoys traveling, reading for pleasure, running and most importantly spending time with her friends and family.

Stephanie Badalamenti, MD, PhD, also previously known as Dr. Silos, has more than 12 years of experience in general dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancers. Her expertise includes pediatric, adolescent, and adult dermatology. In addition to her position at Summit Health, Dr. Badalamenti is Assistant Attending Dermatologist at Saint Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, New Jersey. Dr. Badalamenti's outstanding training and work with esteemed dermatologists from all over the world allow her to successfully treat a wide range of complex dermatology cases. She is one of few physicians in New Jersey to achieve the status of Meaningful Use, a national government initiative to improve health care. In addition, Dr. Badalamenti has participated in the Physician Quality Reporting System since its inception. She has focused on advanced technology to enhance quality and services to her patients.Before joining Summit Health, Dr. Badalamenti practiced privately in West Orange, New Jersey. She has delivered local, regional, national, and international invited presentations in her field. She is the author and coauthor of abstracts, articles, and book chapters concerning topics in dermatology, which are published in prestigious, peer-reviewed scientific journals. In addition, she is a contributing author for Comprehensive Dermatologic Drug Therapy, the gold standard textbook for dermatologic treatment.
