I just had a situation at the JCrew in Shrewsbury NJ . They have the worst customer service! Spoke with an associate on the phone about an item and they said they had it and they couldn't take it...

If I could give a negative rating I would. Do not waste your time coming into this store. Totally unhelpful, unattentive staff who cannot bother to quit talking among themselves to even say hello...
