Dr. Michael Gross and Dr. Jason Shatkin are both highly specialized physicians who have been practicing together since 2001, as part of a large multi specialized internal medicine group. In March of 2016, frustrated by the lack of personal attention and a focus on automation, Dr's Gross and Shatkin followed their dreams and opened their own office in Paramus, NJ. They are dedicated to 24 hour, 7 day a week attention, while always getting a person on the phone and an answering machine.

In today's world of medicine the office staff is almost as important as the doctor. I don't doubt Dr. Shatkin's medical expertise, but his staff is terrible. They look for ways to put off...
