Awful. Building was previously called the James Minroe Condominium. Cheap construction. Opened in 1988. Transient foreign nationals occupy many units as renters and don't care about the condition...

Cockroaches in the kitchen and bathroom. Clogged bathtub, twisted floor even when it's dry.
