International Swaminarayan Satsang Organization

The International Swaminarayan Satsang Organization (ISSO) in Weehawken, NJ is the first temple of the Shri Swaminarayan Sampraday inaugurated in the USA. Established in 1987, the temple is the national headquarters of ISSO and houses the divine idols of Lord Swaminarayan, Lord Narnarayan Dev, Lord Laxminarayan Dev, and other deities.

With a rich history dating back to 1978, when satsang began in the New Jersey area under the guidance of His Holiness 1008 Shri Tejendraprasadji Maharaj, ISSO has been spreading the message of The Original Swaminarayan Sampraday. The temple, located on the bank of the Hudson River, offers a serene and spiritual atmosphere for devotees to worship and engage in various religious activities.
