After being into health all my life and bringing my commitment to competitive levels I though of another great reward to be earned in my life and that was to open IntellaFitness and pay it back to the rest of the world. Everyday I wake up my job is not a job. It is gift from God the enjoyment i receive helping and making others happy.

Specialties

Since 2008, IntellaFitness has been helping people change their lives.We have our doors open to anyone and everyone. We provide one-on-one, small group training 2-8 people and large group classes consisting of 8+ people which takes place in our state of the art 1500 square foot training facility in Hillsborough, NJ. We also offer a 5,000 square ft back lot for large classes. Here at IntellaFitness we are familiar with creating plans that emphasis on flexibility, core, balance, speed, agility, power, strength, HITT, isometrics, plyometrics, crossfit, bootcamp style training and nutrition. With a strong desire to reach more people to pay it forward the company has now expanded going mobile and servicing in-home personal training.
