You're screwed if you ever need to get a hold of them. Call them, and wait on hold FOREVER. Contact them via their website, and wait for a response FOREVER. And, there's no way to email them...

Gotta agree with the previous posts. One of the worst flights I've ever been on. Staff not very friendly and they disappear during the flight Basically get free water. Every costs a ton No Air...

I purchased a Iceland tour package online but there was no phone customer support. The email support was lousy and non responsive. Completely and totally useless.
