You gotta have patient to deal with this particular branch. Avg transaction would take 30-45minutes As simple as transfer money from one act to the other. There are too many level of checking...

This has to be the absolute slowest branch throughout the entire global retail banking branches!!! How can you not have extra staff on Saturdays??? I waited on line for the single teller on duty...
