This was absolutely the worst experience I have ever had with taxes. The only reason I wound up at this particular H & R Block location was because the other receptionists at other local brances...

Worst experience ever! I waited 40 minutes to be seen... Then, the entire duration of my appointment the woman who was "helping me" was taking calls, and getting up to talk to customer's who kept...

Don't go there! Customer service was awful, cost was twice what they quoted me, they moved so slowly I could habe some my taxes at home in 1/3 of the time. Zero stars if I could have!
