Pam teaches a great class. I felt that it was really worthwhile, especially since I hadn't done yoga for close to a year. Studio is welcoming. Highly recommend!

Some of the best yoga and Pilates teachers in NJ! Love the variety of classes. The studio is lovely and has a real personal feel to it.

Unfortunately I have to say this business is dishonest and corrupt. My daughter went, in person, to cancel her membership. She asked if any paperwork was required. They told her no - it's taken...
