HOME of Somerset County is a non-profit organization that empowers at-risk families in Somerset County, NJ to achieve and maintain independence through strength-based case management services, emergency shelter, transitional homes, and comprehensive counseling. They partner with religious congregations, government agencies, businesses, and community organizations to create a home-like environment that embraces cultural diversity and the strengths of all individuals.
