Who wrote their 5 star reviews? Entry to rooms. Entry to rooms at least 15 inches. Should be flat. Maybe bed bugs. Maybe the entrance has to do with them.

OMG! Where to begin! Check in at 4:00 pm and was through a ring, no one at desk. Code didn't work had to go back to office and "ring" again to get another code. Trash bags outside several rooms...
