It uses a variety of materials and produces custom make products in quantities of more than 50. Its manufacturing plants include shirt and bag factories and embroidery shops, a screen printer and a teamsters T-shirt factory. It has an extensive library of embroidery files for most union logos, such as united autoworkers, teamsters and Communications Workers of America. It embroiders the front two panels of its caps on a flat surface prior to assembly. The manufacturing plant offers baseball and trucker caps, specialty hats, bags and coolers, shirts and sweats and winter gears. New Jersey Headwear offers a wide range of caps selection that include color wave parade hat, football sideline cap, auto racing cap and sandwich visor golf cap.
