Hasnain Rangwala, PA-C

Anastasia Galanos is a Certified Nurse Practitioner at Schweiger Dermatology Group. She specializes in medical, surgical and cosmetic dermatology. Anastasia received her BA in Psychology from Rutgers University, then completed a one-year accelerated nursing program at Drexel University. In 2023, she earned her MS in Nursing from the University of Pennsylvania. Anastasia's medical career began on a medical-surgical unit where she specialized in OB/GYN and bariatric surgery for two years. She then honed her skills in the fast-paced environment of the emergency room for four years, gaining additional experience on an orthopedic unit and at a vaccination clinic.

Henna Shah, APN is a certified family nurse practitioner specializing in general dermatology. She has several years of exclusive dermatologic experience including but not limited to skin cancer surveillance and treatment, acne, psoriasis, eczema, rosacea, dermatitis, inflammatory conditions, and cosmetics. Henna graduated cum laude from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She obtained her Master of Science in nursing at the University of Pennsylvania, where she graduated with the highest honors.

Tanvi Patel, MD is a board-certified dermatologist at Schweiger Dermatology Group. Dr. Patel received her medical degree at Weill Cornell Medical College and completed her dermatology residency at New York Presbyterian Hospital - Cornell and Memorial Sloan Kettering in New York City. Dr. Patel is a cosmetic and medical dermatologist. She has a particular interest and expertise in managing skin cancers including melanoma, basal cell carcinoma and squamous cell carcinoma. Her skills in cosmetic dermatology include the use of botox, fillers and lasers to optimize aesthetic outcomes for her patients.
