Went at Monmouth BBQ and Craft beer fest and it was TERRIBLE. 1 hour wait for terrible food. Pulled pork tacos made withGrocery store taco shells with no meat. Quality was all bad. Fries were OK

The food was amazing. The loaded brisket fries were so flavorful. The service was quick and but not rushed.

I'm happy to find on the food truck scene one that captures the soul food of Newark. You get all the fixin's here - mac, pork, brisket, oxtail, um... I don't know because they ran out! Apparently...
