Dr. James F. Cozzarelli is a board-certified orthopedic surgeon at Advanced Orthopedics and Sports Medicine Institute. He completed his undergraduate education at Dickinson College, in Pennsylvania, and then earned his M.D. at George Washington University in the Nation's Capital. He completed an internship and residency in orthopedic surgery at the same institution. During his medical training at The George Washington University, Dr. Cozzarelli had the privilege of developing his surgical skills in a demanding urban environment under the guidance of nationally renowned orthopedic surgeons over a five-year period. His medical training and surgical successes validated his earliest aspirations to follow his father into the field of surgery.
